Before proceeding with bulk manufacturing, patterns are cut followed by screen printing-UV printing and a pre-production sample is developed to make sure that we are meeting the quality standards and product finishing. Before any further steps are performed, our team will ensure that you are satisfied with the look and feel of the sample product.
• Material Sourcing & Printing
Sourcing best suited leather for manufacturing ensures product quality and durability. All sub materials used in our products are guaranteed to carry quality and all are purchased only from well-known and reliable suppliers. FortStitch is assured of finding right material for the right product, at a right price. Not only this, carefully processing of leather and printing plays an equal role in giving product its final look.
• Cutting & Stitching
FortStitch has employed a team of experts who supervises all the cutting and stitching processes and ensures consistent sizing and superior construction. Our sewing and finishing lines are capable to produce perfect sized and stitched goods which enables end user to have a top-notch training experience.
• Packing & Delivery
All the goods are packed with extreme care in 5-ply master cartons wrapped with plastic sheet to keep goods safe from rough handling. To ensure safe shipping, we are using UPS, DHL and FedEx for Air shipping and dependable carriers for sea shipping of the goods across the globe on DDU & DDP terms while charging lowest shipping rates to our customers. We offer packaging and labelling services for Amazon FBA shipments as well.
